We had 4 people putting tape on walls for the painters, 2 days later nothing was done and half of the tape fell on the floor due to humidity because the house was left open. Give communities more than on model already. You will lose deals because you have been given lies to sell. With all the home builders out there, do not choose this one unless you love drama created by management. Childish behavior, intolerance, rude, unhelpful, ungrateful and demeaning. The block next to us, started after our street, started after our foundation was already in place for 4 months, and most of the block has people living on it.
We visited the site on a weekly basis and there was always garbage just throw all over place when there was a huge dumpster right outside on the lot. Jaci and Shannon were very helpful and informative. They walked us throughout the whole process. Would like to have a few more choices in the design center process. I’m constantly reaching out; I have been rescheduled 4 times and nothing. One of my rooms does not get any air flow to it so the room is deathly hot. The warranty people came out and stated they cannot do anything because the AC is working however there is still NO air flowing in that room.
